New to CBR's
Hi there,
My name is Kevin and I recently just made to the crossover to the CBR world
. I recently just bought a 1991 Honda CBR1000F that is taking me away from the Kawasaki world. My biological dad has been riding CBR's Since 1988 when He bought a Honda CBR 600F (Hurricane), which he still has. My Step dad is a Harely man as he works in the Harely Plant in Milwaukee, WI, he currently owns a 2011 Harely Street Glide Custom. I have ridden since I was 16, however I stopped for a few years while I was in the army, didn't have enough time and didn't really want to ship my bike. Before the CBR I have had ninja's of which I still have my first bike ever, a 1985 Kawasaki GPz 550. My CBR is going to be a winter project to get it ready for the spring, mechanically it is great, but unfortunately I am going to have to replace a majority of the plastics, which is probibally going to be my first question, where can I find a reasonable set of aftermarket or original (used) ha ha. I am excited about getting my bike out on the road come spring
