Welcome to the CBR Forum Gonzosport9,

And welcome too to the wonderful world of two wheels! Good choice buying a used bike to start with. Take it slowly, build up confidence and you'll enjoy all riding has to offer.

And don't forget to get all the right safety gear. There is an acronym ATGATT. All The Gear All The Time. Save us all lots of skin over the years.

Lastly, when we were starting out we all dropped out bikes at least once

Cheers, SB

Welcome to the forum

As SB suggests, new riders usually drop their bikes while learning. Don't replace you fairings just yet, just ride it like it is. Focus on technique, gear, and mechanical issues for now.

It's been modified. If you don't like it, change it.

Get a Photobucket account. After you upload your pic, click on the IMG link on the right side. Then just paste it to your post.
