Personally, I'm running Dunlop Q2's on my bikes right now. I do all of the above riding & find the Q2's to suit my needs. They have dual compounds (harder & more durable in ctr, softer/more grip on outside edge). The Q2 tread pattern is more suited for twisty riding. However, it gets great mileage for commuting/city riding as well.
If you're looking for more of a commuting/sport touring tire, the Dunlop Roadsmart or Michelin Pilot Road are both good choices. They also have the dual compound technology but have more of a all-weather/commuting tread.
Of course, there are other choices from other manufacturers such as; Bridgestone, Pirelli, etc.
