Default New 600 owner Phoenix area

Recently aquired a wrecked running 2000 CBR 600 from a friend for DIRT CHEAP. Need a lot of info, have a lot of questions. I'll give the bike history and then my questions so I know where and what to post.

2000 CBR 600 that was babied by original owner. Previos owner had it for a week was on his way to get insurance cut across 4 lanes of traffic and nailed the rear into the front of a car. Rider landed on the windshield and bike ended up sandwiched between two cars. Front end is pretty bad.

From what I have gathered I need a new header, slipon, radiator, fans, fairings, rear plastics, and rear tail section.

What I have located thus far locally a newer header and slipon, split seat subframe, front wheel, possibly a radiator and fan setup, and 06 600 swing arm. Also I am getting an F4I head with injectors, fuel rail, and wiring harness. I will need to locate ECU.

Going for a half naked/cafe/motard look on this bike. Want to switch out for inverted forks up front and do a double wall honda bend TAG bar setup over stock. What tripple trees and forks will work with this year and model bike? And which do you guys recommend? I searched front ends, forks, inverted forks through the forum already and did not really find much.

As for the tripple trees should I just find bolt on dirtbike style bar mounts like off of the tripples on the CR 500's and drill into the existing tripple top mount that I end up using? Or are their decently priced tripples already out there?

As for the hubs and wheels, once I have it running I want to switch out to laced wheels. Who makes laced hubs for these bikes? Im going to check with WARPNINE for laces and rims.

As for motor work once I have it running and make sure that the motor is infact intact then I will switch over to the F4I head. While Im waiting Im going to send the head out to get port and polished, get a new set of valves, seals, and springs. Also what CAMS do you guys recommend and how hard is it to program the ECU for them?
