I think you're talking about an avatar, the picture you see below my name? It's in your profile setting. You have to use an image that is 145x145 and upload it. If you have an image, I can resize and add it to your profile for you.

 

Go into my profile at the top of the screen and scroll down to the avatar option. Then upload a "small" picture.
