Hello and welcome to the forum Ultimate_17.
The most common school/training available is the MSF course. It's only a couple days long and it's more for the novice and those who already know how to ride. You would have to check in your local area to see if there are any schools of new riders. Tell us where you live and someone might know of one in your area.
As for your starter bike. You are brand new right? Never rode anything? From everyone here, you're gonna hear "buy used". And I have to agree in this case. You will trash a new bike learning on it and that's not fun. Look for anything used for a really cheap price and if possible, go even smaller than a 600. Can you find a 250 bike of any kind to learn on? 600s in a sportbike are nothing like a cruiser/standard bike. My 600RR will do as much damage to you as a 1000+ bike will in a heart beat.

I started on a 94 cbr600f2. I'd say if youre set on getting a 600cc bike, get an old 90's bike. They don't have too much power to really kill you, but then it has enough to keep you happy for a while. Otherwise 500cc would be plenty enough for you. If you have a nice friend, perhaps he'll teach you how to ride. As long as you take it slow and not jump the gun, you should be fine on a 600. Also, if you become too confident, things will go wrong. take is slow and enjoy the ride.
Welcome, Like alot of other people said buy a beater and you'll probably be confortable within a few months to upgrade. There will be someone looking for the same type of bike when you are ready to sale. Oh and don't have it in your mind you're gonna fall, cause if you do then you are gonna fall. Just take your time and if you have a good school they should teach you everything you need to know to keep the bike on 2 wheels and not on the ground.

Kidding, just keep it PGish... language and nudity will get it pulled.
