Default my first honda

How's it going,
I've already been a member here, but I just today bought my first Honda CBR 600 RR. To say the least, it was pretty exciting. I'm trying to take it around my neighborhood to help wear the tires carefully, but it's been pretty rainy so I'm in and out a lot.

I've got my first album up if you want to see pics. https://cbrforum.com/forum/members/92seca2-24632-albums-my-first-honda-656/ Like I say in the caption, it came straight out of a crate, so that was fun to watch. Now I know what the crate looks like. Pretty cool. I've been saving for a while and bought it cash, and today I finally made my dream a reality. I'm still in shock I think.

Anyway, besides not revving beyond 6-7,000 rpms for the first 600 miles, I'm just taking it easy in general. I never went crazy on my first bike, a trusty 1992 Yamaha Seca II, so I think I'll be alright. The only thing that makes me nervous are the slick tires. I'm down with the power though! I'm a very happy and proud owner of my first Honda motorcycle.

Congrats!!! Right outta the crate...that's awesome. I like that black. Get yourself a swiffer duster to keep it dust-free.

Happy break-in.
