Default My first Honda

Just wanted to say what's up to everybody here on the forum. I just bought a 2003 CBR 600RR. It's my second bike, my first being a Suzuki GSXR 750(I know it was a bad first bike i took it REAL EASY.) The bike has a full fairing set off a 2005 CBR. It has just about 8,000 miles. I'm going to try and get it registered ASAP and try to get atleast a week or two of riding in before it goes in the garage for the winter. -John

Hello and welcome, nice looking bike. How does the 05 plastics fit up on the 03 frame? Anything you don't like.

They fit really good. Nothing about the bike I don't like,I just have to get used to it. The bike reacts much quicker than my GSXR as far as turn in. The handle bars are more sensitive. The midrange isn't as good as the 750 but it still feels plenty strong. Hopefully I can get it registered tomorrow I'm dying to ride.

Welcome! Nice bike.

I know how you feel about wanting to ride. I have to finish putting my 900RR together, then register it, before I can ride. I'm in Florida, so I should have plenty of time to ride (sorry, didn't mean to rub that in or anything).

Enjoy it!!
