Default my 1st cbr

hey all,just got my first big bike a 94 cbr1000f with 60,000 for 1500 not sure if it was good deal but it runs and rides i have fallen in love id keep it in my room if wife would let me its red,white new tires,chain and sprokets waaaay better than my 750 special motor does make some noise but it is high milage what is the average life span if it has been cared for? and could a guy swap motor with 04 cbr 1000 engine?
