Default My 1999 CBR 600 F4

Hey Everyone,
I am new to riding sport bike. Been riding my harley for years, and purchased a 99 CBR 600 F4 this summer.
My son and I are working on it, getting the road rash and broken pieces replaced.
We will be painting it this winter, and am hoping to get a few pieces installed to make it a little custom.

I purchased the Idealcycle undertail kit and am trying to figure out how to mount that. Haven't had much success yet. Spent a couple of hours tonight.

anyone else install one of those? got any advice?

I can't wait to introduce my ride to y'all. Once it's painted, it should look really nice!

Thanks for having me here.

Todd

Welcome to the forum! The F4 section is pretty good at troubleshooting and we love to see more people riding F4s!

Welcome to the CBR Forum Todd,

It'd be a great idea to start a resto thread and let us all follow your progress.

We love a good rebuild

Cheers, SB

Welcome to CBRF! I'm sure there's a how-to somewhere on the internet about that under tail. What exact parts are you having trouble with? We look forward to seeing your hard work.

welcome aboard. if the undertail you have has been cut by a previous owner, it may make putting an aftermarket on a bit more challenging.
