just saying hello
I'm a born again rider who rode in England in the 1980s. My bikes then were a Z650, then aGPZ1100. I fitted a Wiseco 1170 kit, Mikuni smoothbores (early fuel injection was crap), a Harris pipe and a few other goodies. I lived for bikes, girls, and beer not necessarily in that order but you get the idea!
I sold my GPZ in 1989 to go backpacking around Australia and never left.
For a while I played on an old 750 four (K7) which I still have (in bits), but a year and a bit ago I bought a 1994 CBR1000F. I ride about 100km a day via work of course and love it! I've fitted a Vance and Hines supersport system, K&N filter and a Dynojet kit.
I chanced upon your great site and realised I'm not alone in my love of these great bikes, so I thought I'd sign up.
Anyway I thought I would just introduce myself. 'Bye for now.
