Just joined the fun.
So a couple weeks ago I finally made the jump and up graded from my 1985 Honda Rebel to a 95 CBR600 F3. I loved the rebel but man the F3 has a couple more ponies behind it!! I messed up the front rim when I hit a pot hole so I haven't been riding it lately but I can't wait to get out on the road again.
Hey ther 2ndbikeCBRF3, congrats on the new F3. Sorry to hear about your rim though; that must have been some pot hole!? Glad you're OK at least. There's lots of F3 owners here, so make yourself at home.

Thanks, since the front rim has to go it seemed like a good time to get a new set of shoes (the back one was going anyways). I've looked around a bit but there's so much to read that it would take hours of time that I don't have. Has anyone tried the Pirelli Diablo Strada tire? It's more of a sport touring tire but I'll mainly be using my F3 to driving around and zipping around a highway, errrr... driving 55 on a highway
So I don't need anything super stickey, just something that will last a long time and keep the bike up on the occasional country road twisty.

Welcome to the forums, bud!
Congrats on the F3, but sorry to hear about the pothole incident..
I've never had the stradas, but I've heard really good things about the Michelin Pilot Road 2. Maybe check them out, too?
Anyway, welcome aboard and ride safe!
