Hey there, I just bought a 93 cbr 600 f2 as my first bike. I've never ridin before but my best friend was big into motorcross and just got a gixxer 600. Anyways, he told me to get a 600 (I'm a big guy, 6' 5'', 265), and after a few months of working i finally got enough money to buy a bike. So I bought the cbr yesterday after I had looked at it with my dad (only a 17 yr old lol) and finally had a motorcycle. My first 10 minutes on it, I didnt even tought the throttle, I just played with the clutch and got comfortable with it. After that I rode around my neighborhood for 2 hours straight. I can say it was one of the best 2 hours I've ever had. This morning I rode around for a few hours and had a blast.
Just wanted to introduce myself to the Honda community.

You sound very level headed. I recommend that you look into taking the MSF Course. Motorcycle Safety Foundation

Yeah, I've already been in a accident with my truck so I know it can be bad if I don't think about what I'm gonna do and screw around.
The bike is literally one of the best things in my life right now; I'm very glad I'm part of the motorcycle community now
