Well I dropped my new to me stock length swing arm off today to get powder coated.Dont EVER clean aluminium with industrial strength cleaner, it will streak it all up, found out the other day, lol.

I also had a friend of mine tig the right engine mount back on for me.Whoever had the bike apart before never put the spacer back in between the frame and motor, well I guess it put alot of stress there and cracked the mount. No biggie though, he tigged it back on, then ran a heli-coil into it so its good as new now.

I am just gonna go back to black with some chrome stickers on it.I am painting the engine this wrinkle black paint, just like the newer bikes have.I tested a small arear on the back and this stuff looks sweet.I will post a pic when I get it done this week-end.

Thanks,
Chris

Heck yeah, anything for a fellow PAer.But just think, when yours is sitting in the garage, I am out riding.More motivation to come down south, lol.

Thanks for the compliments. Its been pretty easy compared to the past 20 years of wrenching on cars, moslty Mustangs.

WOW!! Incredible job on the finished product. The glossy black with red stickers are very tastefully done. Very nice indeed.
