Default I'm new

I'm new to this forum, but from the posts in this forum, I can tell that this will be my new home. A little about me, My name is Dan and I'm 23 in S.F. California. I just bought my bike used, it's my first bike. I went with the F4i because of the comfortability. I was shopping around for a bike for the past 6 months and it's so hard to find a decent bike. This bike has 36k miles on it, but it's super clean and pretty much indestructable. I have alot to learn about riding, so I am going to take the advice of the wise ppl here and take it slow and learn to respect my bike so it will respect me as well. I bought the bike for 3700 with helmet and he gave me flush mount turn signals to install. I plan on taking a MSF course and using the bike as my daily commute. Is there any immediate things I should do to the bike before getting out there?

Hello & Welcome!!

Get gear, frame sliders, and find a local race tuning place. I got my suspension done and it handles 10 times better than it did....Good Luck!
