Welcome to the CBR Forum,

As Rydna says, lots of Hurricane members all over the world with a huge amount of experience at rebuilding/fettling/riding. Drop into the Hurricane Saloon (mind the spittoon by the door), order a virtual drink and hop right in!

Cheers, SB

Welcome to the forum.

The 1000f just won't die!
I'm still amazed how many of them are still around after 25 years.

Thanks guys! You're right Demon....this particular bike is bullet-proof! I was lucky enough to own it's grandfather...'69 CB750, so the CBR certainly comes from good stock..
I'll check out the Saloon....thanks!

A '69 CB750, now that is a new member with street cred. I see you've already found your way to the Hurricane Saloon.

Don't worry, we don't bite (unless we've remembered to put our teeth in).

Welcome aboard, all questions freely answered, all p1ss freely taken.

Cheers

Thanks TK!
Curious about how to post a few pix of the old girl....my ancient POS Dell 'puter doesn't play well with Photobucket...
BTW, when I was roadracing on a CB1100F back in the 80s, Mick Doohan was a rider we all certainly looked up to...

Cheers,
Jim
