I found an '04 1000RR for $3500!!!! Hopefully the guy still has it! If so.........oh yea this weekend baby!!!! Wish me luck!

 

please don't say you saw it on ebay. just be careful... if it's too good to be true - a lot of times it is. best of luck though!

rule of thumb is... if its to good to be true, it more then likely is.

is this a streetbike or a stripped race bike?

It does sound way TOO good to be true! I found it on craigslist.org, a sort of "classified ads" site for pretty much any major city around. It was posted on May 23, so there is a 101% chance that if it is valid, someone else already bought it! But I am hoping this is a sign from god for me to get one, seeing as how getting financed for $10,000 is not likely for me right now! I know my chances of getting it are pretty much not there, but you never know!!

Would be very pimp to get one that cheap though right!!!!!?

I emailed him yesterday and I have been on top of my emails since. No word yet..........so who knows![&o]

 

i dealt with tons of 'good deals' before finding my tru good deal bike. Unfortuantely there are a lot of scams out there so be careful. Chances are if he even replies back he'll give you some crap about being out of the country for business or somethin and wants a third party transaction (never do). Or if you do in fact see the bike im sure there would still be a catch, nobody in their right mind would let that bike go for that cheap.....good luck tho
