I'm new in this forum, my Name is Gus and just had a 2012 CBR600rr, replacing a 2007 Kawasaki ZZR600.

Welcome gus!

Got any mod plans for the new bike, or leaving it stock for now? Put up pics when you can, everyone likes to see them.

to gotcbr: hope that too, they told me (at the dealer) that in order to do right the break-in I wasn't supposed to run the engine more than 7000 rpm's and bring it back @ 600 miles for service, is that right?

If that is their warranty, then its their call. ;-) Just follow what your service manual shows as the procedure. For the most part, new break-ins go very smoothly. Just take it easy & ride it like a responsible rider & new owner...not a speed demon track guy, & you'll be fine. :-)
