Default Hi all - Just wanted to say Hello.

Hi all, Ive just bought a 2000 F4 and im very happy with it. Its an import with Mileage and Speedo in KPH. Its done abou 48000 miles and is in pretty good shape.
Its got a pillion seat cowl and blue double bubble on front. Also braided brake hoses. Its got a nice akrapovic exhaust. It does have some paint marks on fuel tank
and front paintwork where it has been touch up badly BUT im more interested in it being mechanically sound. This is my first Big Bike after passing A1 license.
I always had Hondas when i was younger starting NSR125 on had afew CUBs. Ive heard that CBR600F is one of the best first Big Bikes to get upto speed on.
Will probably be asking afew questions as needed. Cheers. Geoff

Welcome mate.
Like the colour scheme. Remember your training and enjoy your riding. There’s plenty of power on tap for you enjoy and put a grin on your chops.
Best of luck mate.

Hi Wes, thanks for welcome m8. I gotta admit when first looking for CBRs I really fell in love with the Silver/Black paint scheme with the Red/White/Blue my second
choice, but I got this bike for bargain price of £1295 including 12months MOT and Delivery from Birmingham thrown in and a 3months warranty, and havent seen any
Silver/Black ones even close to this price. I live near MCR Airport so I have good access to Penines, Edale, Cheshire, Snake Pass and some nice scenic rides. I hope to
join a group ride club eventually once im comfy with bike. Got her taxed for 6 months yesterday (only needed V5C2 which was a surprise) Cheers.
