Hi
Hi
I'm new to this forum, I picked up a 89 cbr1000 off ebay, Very happy with it after a few teething issues.
Started off on a rz250, then a VFR, cbr600, 2 blades and now a thou. (getting older, more comfort and nealy as much power)
I enjoy the information everybody is happy to share so thankyou to all (it helped me through my teething issues)
will post again soon Greg

RE: Hi
Welcome to the Forum !
Must be a Hurricane, you bought, Greg ?
If so, c'mon down to the Hurricane section and meet the rest of the guys - a very knowledgeable group who are always willing to help with tech issues, parts, etc.
If you need a workshop manual, check my siggy and download one !
Let's have some pics !

RE: Hi
3g's for an 89? Not trying to be rude or anything but ive owned 87 cbr 600 hurricane that i only gave $800 for with 10xxx miles on it & I bought an 89 cbr 1000 hurricane for $1800. It has 16xxx miles on it and is in near mint condition. I know the 87 cbr 600 i got was just and awesome deal.. But I live down here and Tx and i see the 1000cc hurricanes that dont go but between $1500-$2200 in REALLY GOOD condition. Just might be cause everything is cheaper in Tx. The cost of living down here is the cheapiest in america... Where are you from?
