i wanted to introduce myself so sup i am manny from whittier

i am moving up from a 05 ninja 250 & what a big mistake buying a bike slower than your own car. anyways i love riding it but damn that thing is just so slow & doesnt handle very well with the skinny tires & wheels. so i was trying to talk myself into selling it & taking the loss towards purchasing a real bike. i happened to find out a co-worker has had this 99 cbr 600 just sitting in his garage. it has been sitting since july of this year & he took off the body panels to custom paint it. so it needs a paint job, spark plugs, oil change, & carbs are in need of a cleaning. other than that i think i found one hell of a deal for $900 & it only has 14,000 miles. what do you guys think? what to do what to do & where to do it at?

hey peeps thanks for showing me some love. it is a steal & i am still surprised but he did want to get rid of it. all i need to do now is locate some aftermarket parts for it. ofcourse after much needed research.
