Default hey guys! love this forum

Hi, my name is justin and I plan on buying a cbr this summer.
I am 20 years old and almost a junior in college so I'm currently saving for a bike.

I just wanted to say hi and say that I love this forum.

It has so much helpful information and the community seems great!

I hope to be able to share stories some day and participate in that coast-coast sprocket relay

Thanks!

Well as I said I'm a college student so money is a little tight. I was hoping to find a 1998-2004 cbr f4i for under 3500 hopefully.

But I'm working 2 jobs this summer and next year I can co-op and work in E.R. And surgery and stuff so ill be able to upgrade.

I'm just looking for an older starter bike that I can keep around for fun

I'd say you could make that happen in your price range.

Good luck with school and the bike hunt

welcome to CBRF

for less than $3500 you can find a very nice f3. and a lot of people say they are great for the starter bikes. but on the other note so is f4i. your choice which way you want to go.

Welcome Justin. There are bikes for sale in your price range all over but like you said you may need to drive a bit to get it. Have you riden before???? I would recomend taking a MSF course even if you know how to ride. Take the advanced course. I have been riding for about 30yrs and every couple years I take one of the MSF courses just as a refresher.they really help. Good luck bike shopping and with school.
