Default Hey everyone!

Been lurking the site for weeks now since I bought my first bike and finally decided to sign up, sadly not under the best of circumstances.

Either way, just wanted to say hi!

Welcome to the Forum - hope the not so good sounding circumstances get better.

Hi hi, thanks for the welcome.

To answer demon - '08 600RR, and circumstances - nubbed it up practicing turns, did everything MSF tells you not to do (and everything I tell myself before every ride) and braked hard when I saw myself going wide and possibly into a curb. Sheared the LH mirror and footpeg off, but I was the one who ended up absorbing the majority of the bike's fall. I thank the forum and my close friends' advice on gear for me suffering no more than a skinned knee and a few bruises.

So the question is - should I be looking out for anything? We were going I'd say 15-20 mph.

Glad you found us & decided to join us.

Sorry to hear of your mishap. Glad you are ok. Excellent that you had good protective gear! Good that you recognize what you did wrong. Learn from it!

Just check the bike over really well for damage. If you have any question about something, post up for help.
