Default Helmet ??

How is a helmet suppose to fit I tried on a large Shoei and it was comfortable and there was a little play in it from side to side then i tried on a medium and it was snug (no play) but not as comfortable as the large ?

I wouldn't want any play ( I have a large shoei RF-1000 Camber) in it, at 100+ Mph you don't want that thing to rotate when you are looking over your shoulder. Try others on, Arai, Suomy.... until you get a perfect fit.

Just change the padding. I had the same problem - changed the padding and it's great now.

Good to hear your wearing a helmet! But they are right, no play is better....different helmets fit differently. Like fish said try other brands. Or if you own do like Pits said and change the padding....[8D]

snug, jam your head in there .lol..no, just snug is fine, to loose it will be like putting a 5 gallon pale on your head and hit it with a bat

yep.. go with the one that's more snug. just as long as it's not so tight that it cuts off circulation.. you'll be fine
