Just wanted to say hello. I am hanging out here in Pa. with a 5wk. old broken tib/fib in my left leg after low siding in the W.V. hills. I just picked up an 03' 954 with 4G on it that a friend of mine used to commute on for a while. I have ridden the bike quite a few times and those are the only times the bike has been over 7 grand. It is bone stock and I have loved this bike since he bought it new in late 03'. My wrecked bike ( dialed in 06' ZX-14 ) was totaled and was alot of fun while it lasted. It handled very well for what it was. But I REALLY like the twisties. I have a DR650 SUMO out here and a KTM 200MXC. I cant wail to heal up so I can start enjoying the 954. I have a Scotts damper off the 14 I am putting on and I have an Elka going on the back and some Traxxion springs going in the front set up for my 235lb. ****.
