160 miles ? did you just go for a putter or a specific planed ride mate ?
I was out near all day too Pete .. I had had it with everything
...I needed a fair chunk of wind in my face to clear my head mate ..
I am taking tomorrow off too and going out for a bigger putter all bloody day again ..
My head still is not quite right ...
It was great ridding weather today
