Default Hello from nh!

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 33, run a pizzeria and have been in restaurants all my life. For years I've harassed my brother to sell me his 01 f4i, and he finally has. This is my first bike, and can't wait to ride. I've signed up for the riding course, just waiting to hear back. I've been lurking for a while, decided to make it official, so hello to all!

Welcome to CBRF! That's a great first bike - there's a huge F4i following here.

Welcome! Welcome! The F4i is a great first bike, very forgiving but still has enough power to keep it interesting.

Welcome. Plenty of F4i guys/gals here. Any info you need on it just ask or search. Try to get some info out of your bro as far as what he has done to the bike so you can make it in top condition if it isnt already. Then off you go, after your course you should have some of the basics down. Good luck to you. Cheers.

Thank you all for the welcome! A little info on the bike. It is an 01 silver and black f4i. It has 24,000 miles. He has owned it for 9 years, has never had the front tire up, never did a burn out and has never hit the red line.
It has a Jardine rt1 high mount titanium exhaust, and a smoked intigrated tail/turn which I installed last week. With in the last 500 miles it has had a new clutch, forks rebuilt, oil change, and battery, as well as conti sport attack tires. In the last 2000 miles it also got a new chain and +1 rear sprocket.
It was his baby, and actually kept it in his office at his shop. He is taking it on a last ride up to me in the next day or two, his shop is about 45 miles from my house. He just wants to give it a final once-over, and take it out one more time. Once it gets here, it's getting led side markers and an led flash relay. CAN'T WAIT!

It's a new york style brick oven pizza. Thin pie, thick rim of crust, addictive stuff. I just put in a full kitchen and now serve local all natural free range beef burgers. We also just put in a beer bar with 32 craft beers on draught.
