Hello, New Member, and in market, pricing question
Hello, I'm in the market to buy either a new 2008 CBR 600rr, or a used 2007 cbr 600rr which has some side damage.
I was just wondering how much some of you paid for you new bikes, and or how much a damaged '07 would cost around,
right now im hoping to get the '08 with lojack and helmet (own the rest of the gear already) for about 9500, has anyone been able to go lower? For the used '07 my guess are in the air because of damage, looking to maybe low 7000.

Welcome to the board!
Unless the damage is sooo minor as to almost not exist just go with the 08. If you don't mind riding a scuffed up bike then I spose the 07 will suit you ... but replacing OEM plastics is VERY expensive. You can go aftermarket with a replica scheme for under $1K but they are a bit more fragile than OEM.
