Default Hello From London

Nice to meet you all,

Just bought one of these awesome machines as my first ever bike and it has blown me away!

Can't stop cleaning it, as soon as its clean, I want to ride it again, its a vicious cycle!

2002 CBR 600 F4i
Immaculate condition, not one scratch! only 7000 miles.
Chris

Welcome to the forum Chris.
That is a really clean bike, nice find. I always dig the euro paint schemes. Take care of her and she will last for years to come. Ride safe over there in London.

Nice looking bike Chris! Congrats.

I understand that 'vicious' cleaning cycle you mentioned. ;-) However, I've learned as of late to - not sweat the small stuff. ;-)

Welcome to CBRF!

Welcome aboard.

Nothing wrong with that vicious cycle if that keeps you motivated.

The answer by the way, is more bikes. Keep one clean, ride the other, rotate and repeat as neccesary.

Haha ta guys, I wish I could afford another bike and do that, if only...

On a lame note, I came back to the bike and hour after these pictures were taken and the rear tyre was as flat as a pancake, I thought it was someone playing a prank but after pumping it up it turned out I had a slow puncture, on a nearly brand new Pirelli tyre worth £180-ish!

Was gutted, but the guys at the local garage managed a fantastic repair job in less than 20 minutes, apparently it was a really clean, pinprick puncture! So thats me back on the road and loving every minute!

Ah yes, the dreaded flat. Glad it was easily repairable & not a side-wall puncture.

Beautiful machine! Have fun down there in the south, but I recommend a day trip up to the cotswolds very highly. There's plenty of twisties but also the old roman Fosse Way if you fancy a blast on a long straight - just take note of the accident blackspot signage.

Default paint code

Hello Chris! I have a bike just like yours and I was wondering if you could help me with something.. When I bought my bike it was a little modified and I can t find the paint code written under the settle.. I have to repaint the right side and I need the paint code.. Do you think you could take a look and see the paint codes under the settle? Thx a lot!!
