My name is Jason and I am a very proud owner of a 1989 F1. Got her 2 years ago in respectable condition. Paint good, ran great, only missing one tail fairing piece. Had the incorrect rear blinkers. Since returned to stock Took me almost the full 2 years to get her dialed in perfectly and restored to (mostly) original. So so many ups and downs along the way. So many. All fairings repaired and resprayed original Red White and Blue (my favorite color scheme!) Carbs pulled, cleaned and new bowl gaskets. Gas tank cleaned and sealed. Iridium plugs. Fluid changes. Powder coated full exhaust system. Came with a slip on Yoshimura muffler. Keeping it original as best I can is my goal and preserving this collectible classic.
