Default Hello Everone

Hi there ,

New to the site and bikeing , passed my direct access this summer and just bought a 1991 CBR1000f a few days ago . Still getting used to the bike but it certainly puts a smile on your face after being used to the schools GS500!

It needs a bit of love , so I'll be posting on here for tec advice and moral support cos I'll try to do most of the work myself , while trying to ride every time it stops raining [:-](damn winter!). If anyone lives near Brighton drop me a line we need to stick together .

See Ya!

Hiyu Steven and welcome aboard the CBRForum mate..
New to riding?? how long have you been on the road ?
The 1000F's are a very nice ride as you now well know...They are pretty reliable and very quick for old girls

You need any help or advise ..no probs , just ask ...we have many owners here that know everything about these lovely old girls...
You take care and stay rubber down head up mate

That seems like good advice to me! Yes practically a biker virgin. Seriously though , time spent on a bike counted in days/weeks so takin it real easy . Picked bike up after a few months gap after passing test and had a 120 mile ride in front of me , but was ok and a bit of a confidence builder , she can certainly pick up her skirts and run

Hi and welcome.

There's definitely lots of tech advice available here...just don't be afraid to bump the thread every once in a while when you need help (though with a 1000f CBRclassic will undoubtedly help keep the thread alive ).

Enjoythat bike and be safe!
