Hello From Belfast, Northern Ireland
Hello all,
My name is David, I'm 24 and live in Belfast Northern Ireland. I bought a 2001 CBR 600 F Sport in June 2015 and have been enjoying it since then. The bike came with a few ****les which I wasn't aware of at the time - a coil had cracked causing a misfire and the cam chain tensioner was noisy. Thankfully both issues have since been fixed and the bike is the best its probably been since brand new. I've found the forum extremely useful for DIY information and mechanical guides and hope to get to know some of you in the future.

Thank you for the kind welcome.
I did make it up to the Northwest 200 this year, and took the motorbike as well for the first time as the weather held up Sadly I only got to watch one and a half races, the second race was red flagged due to the young 20 year old rider Malachi Mitchell-Thomas being killed not 100 metres from me on his debut (thankfully was around the corner from me so I didn't see it), which ruined the day completely. The racing was subsequently cancelled and it was a solemn ride home for the whole biker community.
