Hello All
Hi all...just got my 02 CBR 600F4i. While finding info for the bike I came across this site and have already found some useful tips. So I joined the community!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I've been street riding for only a few months. I grew up around bikes and have rode dirt bikes before but never a street bike. I'm ready to jump in and see what I'm missing.

Yer ..dirt bike are where I got my feet wet many moons ago
If you only have a few months road experience I will only give you one piece of advice ...
Take it slow ...get used to your new ride and never get lead or coaxed into doing ANYTHING that you do not feel you are going to be able to handle without any effort ...
Anyone try's to lead you down the road to hell ...mate you tell them to go to HELL

Thanks for the advise. I ride with a few other guys that have just recently gotten their 1st bikes as well. So we're all kinda learning together. I plan on taking a MSF course as well. I know a lot of stuff already but I'm sure there is a good amount of stuff I don't know as well.
