What's happen'in?

Discovered this forum through .sport-touring.net/forums and thought I'd say hello. Been riding for years/miles.

My favorite bike was a 1987 CBR 1000 Hurricane with that Alaskan Blue. I converted the wheels to a '90 CBR1000 to inprove the handling of the machine. Had the dreaded and uncure-able cam chain failure so I sold it to a friend who knew of the problem and bought anyway.

To replace that bike I bought a 2000 CBR1100XX. Love it! Have done minor mods like Scorpion Pipes, HID lighting, Double Bubble, Clear alternatives etc but nothing extravagant.

Am thinking of powdercoating the wheels but haven't decided on colors. Any thoughts? Thinking of black chrome.

Welcome to the forum... great looking bike. I'm no help with the color suggestion cause I think all wheels should be black. And not shinny.
