Hi there, Im new to the forums as you can see. Well I started riding around summer of 07 on a Buell blast. Imstill working on my permit, it will go outin March causeI turn 18! Woot! Anyways when I started riding I wasdead set on a Gixxer,then I went to our local bike store and sat on a CBR600 RR and basically fell in love. So a few weeks ago my Mother and Step father come to me with a contract wich a the top stated "An 08 CBR660 RR will be bought for Charlie for his 18th/ Graduation present." Naturaly I didnt need to read the rest I was like "Where do I sign?!" I get my bikeat the end of November Its never gona end! GAHHHH! hahahah

Well theres my life story hope I didnt start my time off at these forums off wrong? Lol

Welcome to the forum Charlie. Nice parents you have, hope you enjoy that new CBR soon. What is this contract you speak of? Post some pics of the bike when you have time. Buells pictures are welcome here too. You will be happy with the choice of a Honda. Very dependable bikes.

 

Well actually they basically found the safest way to give me such a dangerous gift. They wrote up a contract with bullets and stuff haha. Several of the requirements are.

I have to....
[ul][*]tomaintain atleast a 3.0 in college.[*]pay my parents like 25$ a month for part of the insurance payment[*]keep up with the bikes maintenance[*]pay for gas and such.[/ul]
And some other random things lol.
Have you ever heard of anything like this? hahaha
Anyways I really didnt have to think about anything or finish reading the contract I was like,
Where do I sign?


Im not exactly proud of the Buell Blast. Soo I have no pictures. But soon as I get my bike Ill most definately post some for viewing!

Thanks HondaJunkie. Jus to let everyone know. I went to the local cycle shop and found that they got a 08 CBR 600RR witht the Graffiti paint.
And I put a down payment on it!
