Even my magna redlines at almost 10k, so it takes me a little while to get used to the HDs. The power is just totally different. You'll get comfortable with the differences in no time.... and you'll like it, I promise.
Riding an H-D is like driving a diesel with a broken turbo, Trout.
You know that...........
Lotsa torque but no revs or top end.................and noisy as hell

Depends on your definition - if you mean having the wind and weather in your face all the time - then yes maybe
what more can u ask for on along trips ????
A CBR1000F - I can fit, radios, GPS, speed control and it has a great seat, and doesn't just turn petrol into noise....

all in all two wheels
This is all they have in common
Understand Harleyman, this is a Honda forum, and I'm a Honda rider - if there were only Harleys left in the world, I'd walk.
No offence but, if you're looking for support, I don't think it'll happen here. Not this week.

(And I know Harleys better than most, having rebuilt a 5/7 and a 10/12 from scavenged parts, back to concours .)
I'll give you this much.............
They are quaint, like morse code, or semaphore......
