My name is Dave, im from NJ, and i ride an 03' 954rr as well as a lightly caffeinated 82' cm450c (daily beater) started riding a few years ago after i returned from iraq on a 87' hurricane, which i sold (like an idiot) when i bought my 'blade. anyway, pics

It's funny as I was looking at the 'Cane, I was thinking how it looked awfully low.
It was in dam good shape, though!

Sweeeet RR, man. Those chicken strips are huge! I hope you got rid of 'em...

thanks man! yeah the 'cane looked great from a distance but was all overspray and zip ties up close. and yeah i took good care of those strips

Yeah, very nice intro and awesome bike, but I really like that CM400. Quite a mixed bag at that meet, ...ummm Popeyes.

Much like you , I was an "idiot" for getting rid of my '87 'Cane..but it had to be done to make room for the F4i
Luv the 954 and those chicken strips..always a good choice

that stupid 450 is the true testament to honda engineering. bought it from one of my soldiers for $250, it was his fathers and had been derelict in his backyard since 91'. had it running in two days with fresh gas a new battery and some used plugs i had lying around (not to mention lots of cleaning in the carbs) also cut the baffles out of the exhaust, tore a lot of things off and did a bunch of de rusting/painting as well as add a set of (not pictured) clubman bars. take it to work everyday rain or shine
