Default Greetings from Texas

Hello Everyone! I recently became the owner of a cherry 2004 CBR1000R. This is my first Honda, and second street bike (my first was a Buell). Prior to the Buell, most of time was spent off-road and at the motocross track. The street however is a real blast!!

Right now the CBR has more power than I can safely control, but I wouldn't mind swapping the stock rims for a set of Marchesini's.

I say that half the fun of owning a motorcycle is working on it yourself. This forum has already provided significant tips and tricks, and I'll surely post any of my learnings.

Thanks to all, and I hope to be a contributing member of the group.

Ride careful, ride safe!!
