GatorFirkin
Hello fellow enthusiasts, just joined the forum. I'm currently restoring a 1990 CBR600 FL. Benneton
I say I'm restoring the bike but really my son is doing all the work with me as an interested owner and financer! Once I get the hang of using this forum, [I]I'm 66 and not fully up to speed with computers. I hope to post pics of the build, some before some after and let you know of snags and shortcuts during the process]

Good to have you w/ us GatorFirkin!
Its really great that you & your son are able to work on your bike together. Hopefully, he has his own bike so you two can ride together when yours is ready.
Yes, post up pics of your bike, progress, etc. You should be able to get some help from other forum members if needed.
No worries about computers & posting up... You've already made a more coherent post than many have done here. ;-)
Welcome aboard.

My son owns a Honda 1300. The build of my CBR will be complete by Easter. For a birthday present my son Peter has bought both of us entrance to ride at Mallory Park's Festival of a Thousand Bikes on the Saturday for two sessions of "Parade Laps". Just hope I don't bin it and have to start all over again.
Still can't figure out how to post some interesting pics!

easiest way is to upload them to Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and use the codes they supply for you, its free and you have lots of online storage for all your pictures.
