Default Frost here

Hello again, I posted a thread in this section asking for advice on my first bike, and since I have bought myself a bike, I figured I'd reintroduce myself. With pictures, cuz everyone loves pictures.

Last Sunday I found a really nice '96 CBR600F3. 8,700 miles on the odo, only 1 previous owner and other than a few small dings here and there on the plastics, it's pretty cherry. Certainly not bad for $2,500.

When I got it home the throttle was sticking a bit, the front tire was like 4psi low and it needed a wash. A couple squirts of throttle cable lube, a bit of air in the tire and a bottle of Bike Brite later and she looks and runs like new.

I live in north NJ, about ten minutes away from the Chatterbox, so if some of you may see me around there once I get a bit more experience riding this thing.

Speaking of, I'm gonna go ride.

Nice to meet all of you.

Hey,
You made a wise choice, and got a good one! That bike will be great for you for a long time. How you liking it so far?

I know you will be riding it every minute you can, but try to not to neglect your new forum...lol

Thanks guys.

Been out on it all day since I got off work, the first time I've ridden it for an extended period of time. Wow...riding this bike is probably one of the most fun and exhilarating things I've done in my life, and I've went skydiving before.

And I don't think I've gone past 60mph yet ha.

Just awesome. I'll definitely be sticking around.
