Default Fist bike smokin joes?

Hi everybody I'm new to riding and I just bought a smokin joes f3. It has only 12k and I spent a pretty penny for it. I'll put some pics up when I have time. I plan on doing the seat mod for extra storage space. Idk let me know what u think? Was it a good investment or a bad iinvestment bc I'm brand spanking new to riding. I just kno I'm gonna drop it and ruin the paint some day. Lol. But I always wanted one and you can't put a price on desire.

Welcome - the SJR was a "special edition" but in reality wasn't much different than the standard CBR 600 F3. Little, if any, power difference.

These older 600's are excellent 1st owner bikes, assuming you understand that they are still capable of getting you into trouble in a hurry. Without proper gear, training and riding technique, any motorcycle can bite you in a hurry.

I'd recommend MSF courses if you haven't already taken any, and a lot of seat time.

Oh, and:

Welcome to the forum, and riding.

2 wheels will change your life. Things look a little different through a visor.
Statistics say that you will drop it, but if you are careful and use good judgement, hopefully you won't. Knowing that, ride aware, ride under you limits, educate properly, wear gear, and have fun!
