Default First motorcycle and new to riding

I have always wanted a motorcycle ever since I saw them in my youth ages. I am 24 now and I feel like I知 responsible enough to own a motorcycle I took the MSF course I passed the course a few months ago. I now have my license I saved up and bought a bike a few days ago I chose a 2006 CBRF4I. Ive always been looking at bikes and reading all kinds of forums and watching a lot of videos and I would like any tips and any knowledge you are willing to give me I know the risk that I took and I知 glad with it. All opinions wanted to thank you.

Welcome.
You're off to a great start with the MSF and the F4i.

Have fun and enjoy the ride, but keep your head up for all the stupid drivers out there.

Welcome and congrats on the new bike. Make sure you wear all the safety gear: helmet, gloves, jacket, etc, all the time. Keep your head on a swivel. Resist the urge to find out just how fast your new purchase can go.

Glad to read that you’ve achieved something you once dreamed of.
There is a wealth of knowledge on tap at riding schools and you will also get valuable feedback. Sure we can help out here and there’s plenty of experienced riders within the forum. I guess it’s a blend of the theory and practical that your looking for to allow you to gain confidence and knowledge.
Only advice I’m going to give is keep schooling, we are all still learning, and don’t forget what you’ve been taught.
Have fun and ride with a smile mate.
Best of luck.

I went around riding in my neighborhood and I took the bike on the street for the very very first time I知 in love already I still have to work on my basic skills like coming to a stop sign and making a left turn without stalling out and letting go of the clutch

Congrats and welcome! I will encourage you to practice, practice, practice those low speed skills! It'll get boring but pays off as you get more comfortable with higher speeds. Take your time and, yeah, keep your head on a swivel because about 60% of all drivers are clueless about what they are supposed to be doing, much less have a clue about motorcyclists!

Big empty parking lots are your friend right now as you practice your skills. Things like proper braking and counter steering are learned best when you aren't under the pressure of traffic.
