Dropped bike QBOND
Dropped the bike and put a hole in the clutch casing.... Could anyone tell me if that Qbond will hold a fill the hole or is there any other metal hole filler thaqnks
I wouldn't use Q bond, IMO it won't hold.......and if it fails on the road you could have oil all over your rear tyre, or worse, a blown engine......
Use a specialised metal filler like "liquid steel" or something similar,
You could take the cover off and weld the pieces back if you have them, but get someone who knows how to weld specialised metals to help you.
Hope this helps.

i'm not about to officially recommend anything outside the factory repair methods, but i once repaired a decent-sized hole knocked in my transmission case from throwing an axle using jb weld. lasted a good long while, til i got rid of the car.
Welcome by the way...... maybe a little intro about yourself and the bike pic with the
hole in the casing
In any event
TIG "weld" it, find a good metal fabricator with a proper shop sized TIG machine
(I'm lucky my neighbor is one and a Pro) has done other alum casings for me marine
stuff..... same principal ......and bullet proof metaphorically speaking of course.

Yer , as the guys said , whack a little info in about yourself then we can talk ...
lol
If you are only talking about a clutch cover ... I would suggest that you search for a cheap used replacement on FleBay...
Covers ain't that expensive ..
and any filler type repair is not going to be a long term solution ...
