Default Welcome aboard...

Enjoy the CBR. Here is a pic of my 1000RR. She is an 06, with some mods. I have had it for 4 years. A friend of mine bought it new and couldn't keep it, so I bought it. Only had 973 miles on it and I did all the mechanical stuff, so I couldn't pass it up. I absolutely love the bike. Just an incredible machine.

By the way, I work in Newark but live in Hocking Hills. You ever get down this way?

I do every now and then, I wrapped my F4i around a guardrail near the rock house down there. lol. You ever make it to Mid-Ohio for any track days or for the AMA race?

I'm in Central Ohio as well and also new to this board. Off topic and not meant to semi-hijack but who do you guys use for service work? I need some carb work done.

This might sound odd but i've taken my '04 to Honda of Avon up by the lake. I knew some guys up there at the time. The guys at Honda of Marysville were VERY helpful on some fork issues i had and i will more then likely use them from now on

I honestly do most of mine myself. I know someone that is an incredible mechanic that has a shop in New Lexington. If you are interested in him I can give you his info. He has built numerous Hayabusa's that run on the national circuits.
