HELP PLEASE.
98 Honda Blackbird.
Reinstalling Factory Plastic. Have not found video or pictures just exploded schematics.
Called: Wind Guard - Upper Front Cowl
Honda>PPK Part # 64226-MATH-D000

Any Suggestions beside they aren't necessary. Thanks for the support.

Interesting, that part number is not exactly correct and it doesn't appear to fit the 1997 or 1998. Here is the correct number. 64216-MAT-D00ZA So, you have the part and need help installing it, or you're looking for it?

Your response is appreciated. 64226-MATH-D000 (stamped on the piece). But my problem remains, I can't find the correct location of Wind Guard there are other names, but the problem remains. I have reviewed a fair amount of YouTube footage, and nobody has any footage of the install/removal of this part. In fact, it's not being acknowledged and although it came off the bike, I'm not sure of its designed intention and I assembled without it and was content. Until I can get a better understanding of its location, I'm at a loss. I'm banking on someone here to point me in the right direction. Much Appreciated. Again, if someone knows the function/design purpose that may help as well, I assume support and wind reduction.
