Well, I don't own an 98 CBR 600 F3, but I do own an engine from one and I'm looking to install it in an off-road go-kart. I have no experience with motorcycle engines and we looking for some guideance and was wondering which is the best forum for me to post in?

We can give you technical advice on the engine, but as for mounting it in a Kart, well, not much clue, really. What questions do you have ?

Welcome to the CBR Forum Trevor!! Shadow is right. We are sort of fond of F3 engines sitting on 2 wheels, but try posting your question in here:

or here...

You never know. There are thousands of members in here and one of them may have done this before. Good luck and congratulations of on your purchase of one of the finest engines on the planet.

Thanks for the welcome guys ... I have already posted here: https://cbrforum.com/m_699523/tm.htm

So, I guess a mod can delete this thread if they like.

I doubt our Mods (Hi guys) will delete it.
Also, we don't flame new guys like other forums - people here are friendly for the most part.
Good luck with the project. If you need a manual for the F3, download one from the site in my siggy. It may help with your installation.......
