Can't find an aftermarket switches for the engine start switch and lights and etc... Any ideas?

 

They sell them based on handlebar size and are pretty common. If you're electrically inclined you can even use off-the shelf components and build it yourself

This is the first hit I got on google. Expect anything you buy online to come with zero documentation, and generally need to splice the wires yourself. Not difficult but I'd make sure the bike was running properly before getting into the wiring
