Default 8 days ridinng, 700 miles, 1 accident

so i been riding my 05 f4i for 8 days now. i road about 700 miles in those days. everything was great i was getting much better. i decided today to go riding on this long twisty road about 25 mins from my house. i was going faster then i should have been the first time down it becuase of the road conditions were bad. there was a lot of tar, cracks and bump. after about 25 mins i turned around. i started going slow and safe as possible. i was going around a not to sharp of a turn at like 20. then i rember my bike being way to far leaned over. i made it around the turn while falling so i stayed on the road. i went off the right side of the bike cut my hand up(dint wear gloves today ) a little, scrapped my knees and shoulder. i broke my right mirror and turn signal and put a few scraches on it. the lady whos house i went down at gave me some band aids and told me that i was the 3rd bike to go down there this year. and a few every year before have gone down there. it turns out the drive way in the middle of the turn is made of black gravel. when it rains it washes in to the road and its to dark to see. when i hit and started falling i had no idea what was happening so when i was out of it almost i was very close to on the ground and had time to hit my breaks a little. i think i hit the ground at like 15. my helmets face sheild got all scrached also. i am going to go clean my cuts up now lol

Maybe it slid, then gripped and stood back up so fast it was like a highside. Instead of flinging you over the bike, it just ripped itself out of your grip.

I only have 39 days and 330 miles of experience, so I'm just guessing.

im kinda glad i experinced it. i thought it would be a lot worse. all i rember thinking is this is not happening. then it did. it dint hit the road becuase if it did the mirror would have broken off but the mirror was in the grass next to the turn signal right where it fell.

less than 300 miles, 5 days, now i cant walk, so just be happy, a car turned left in front of me w/ no warning, my knee was all that hit the car, but it happened about 35 mph, had to completely reconstruct my knee, itll be another month at least before i can walk

that didnt come out right, the "just be happy" part

what im tryin to say is dont sweat it, it happens to everyone, you got lucky it wasnt too bad
