So im about to give up i was lucky enough to purchase a lemon from the good old facebook marketplace. Of course it was in March when it was like 35° outside so I never noticed the issue when I was test riding a bike I replace both the upper and lower injectors I replace the fuel pump so once the bike heats up the idles rough, and if I give it full throttle what kind of cuts out for a second before it takes off, I’ve seen a couple different threads that say they replaced the fuel rail and I’m also had people tell me it was a coil pack before I rip that gas tank off for the 15th time I’d really like to be sure

Does it have O2-sensor? How does it behave if you disconnect O2-sensor?

Test and measure following sensor-circuits using manual's procedure:
- IAT
- ECT
- TPS
- MAP
Also inspect/replace all vacuuum-hoses for MAP sensor. Verify there are no cracks or leaks. Make sure all other vacuum-hoses are good and plugged in. No ports on intake manifold should be open. All should have hose attached or capped off.

Do fuel-flow test. How much petrol did you collect?

Do fuel-pressure test. What's psi?

Why did you replace injectors?
Were they bad?
Did you replace with factory OEM injectors from authorised Honda dealer?

Best to send all injectors, old and new, for cleaning and before & after flow-testing so you have actual measurements. Then pick highest-flowing ones from test-results.

i was reading the error code wrong i thought it was for a injector but it was the hesd so i fixed that and i get no codes. It only acts like this when its warm and then i forgot to mention you get a strong smell of gas. I seen a post of the kid that sold it and he just replaced the plugs and they were really dark on a couple of the cylinders. Yes all the injectors are factory
