1st Honda

Hey all just got me an 88 F1 and it needs a LOT of work. I noticed that the F1 dedicated forum is a little thin on postings and visits, so I may post questions elsewhere if I don't get responses there. I figure some of you boys and girls may have gotten a start on one of these things and can help. Thanks, SR

Welcome. I used to sell Honda's back in 1988. I remember when I first saw the red, white and blue Hurricane 600, it was a thing of beauty. If I remember correctly the price was $3299 or close to that.

It was actually my first purchase of a bike on ebay. The seller called it an 88 CBR 600 Hurricane F1. I don't know if the F1 designation is accurate or not. I thought the bikes they called Hurricanes were the F1 models....
